Hello from 1997

Turn on your TV and see what’s airing. Go ahead, but if you want to be spared the time and effort, we can just tell you. Some channel on Thursday night is airing an episode of ‘F.R.I.E.N.D.S,’ and we don’t judge if you’re religiously on your couch at 7:30; they’re still on their couch sipping coffee.

Also, there are the shows we all know ‘Walker: Texas Ranger’ and ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.’ You will also find shows like ‘That 70s Show’ and ‘Beverly Hills 90210’, the weird drama about rich kids in Beverly Hills and their high school “issues” we guess you’d call them. Let’s not forget about the hilariously awkward house of ‘Seinfeld’ and his ridiculous approach to his life problems.

We have fantastic entertainment and ideas being made up right now. Everyone who’s not alive yet to experience these genius ideas of what’s funny and cool to watch, oh boy, are they missing out. Let’s hop on the creativity train and see what we find as we take a look at what’s new to us right now in our TV guides. The weekly paper mini-magazine we all subscribe to so we can see what is going to be on TV this week and read the descriptions of our favorite show’s installment.

Movies, too, are so incredible and easily watched over and over since they’re so funny, like that new one, ‘Titanic’ and that one from two years ago with Robin Williams about that crazy jungle board game. Come on, who comes up with things like that? It’s so insane.
But somehow, they do, and we can’t wait to see what TV creators will come up with in 20 years or so.

Man, think about all the cool ideas they’ll have for awesome and original new shows to keep people glued to their seats at 11 p.m., so they don’t miss the episode. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see…
